Wendy Ward, PhD, ABPP, FAPA, once again joins us on the Faculty Factory Podcast to share some great tips and advice on better communicating with your mentor. She brings us ten things to ask your mentor. This is a great discussion for those that are just establishing a mentor-mentee relationship, it should help get the conversation started.
Dr. Ward serves as Director of Interprofessional Faculty Development at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She is also Associate Director of Professional Wellness, a clinical psychologist and Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UAMS.
